Every year the Institute selects lists of Best Workplaces in 29 countries. The process of analysis, evaluation and selection is carried out for the publication of the List which is considered one of the the more important and exhaustive labor climate studies in the world.

The main objectives of the Best Workplaces-Spain are to facilitate knowledge and sharing experiences between those organizations who have a sincere interest to improve the quality of their places of work; and of course to acknowledge and celebrate the achievments.

The publication of the List is the climax of the process of analysis and evaluation of the opinions of the employees and the corporate culture.

Participating in the List is not just about winning, many organizations participate to learn and improve their workplaces.
