Best Companies Lists in Latin America

Our work in Latin America began with the creation of Great Place to Work^® Institute, Brazil in 1995 – our first overseas affiliate. Projects quickly followed in Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Argentina and Uruguay.

Based on national lists of the Best Companies in Latin American countries, the Institute has launched an annual competition to select the Best Companies to Work for in Latin America. The first list of Best Companies to Work for in Latin America was announced in 2004, and involved companies from seven Latin American countries.

The companies appearing on the national Best Companies lists in each country are evaluated against one another to select the 100 Best Workplaces in Latin America.

For the last seven years, starting in Brazil, and with Uruguay our newest addition, Best Companies lists have been published in Latin America and continue to be produced annually.
