Nomination and Application Process
How do I nominate my company?
To nominate your company, please complete the online nomination form
- The form will ask you questions regarding company contact information and eligibility, as well as some additional questions about the employee survey, should you be invited to participate in the selection process.
- If this is your first time participating in the "Best Small & Medium Companies" process, you will also be asked to provide us with an essay statement (limited to 1,000 words) as to why your company should be considered one of the nation's most outstanding employers – highlighting any unique, special or notable practices or benefits for employees.
For Companies who have participated in past years:
- Past participants are not required to submit an essay statement ("why your company should be considered one of the nation's most outstanding employers"). However, if your organization has not recently participated or has had significant changes since your last application, it would be helpful to provide an updated statement as part of your online nomination form.
- Past participants are required to complete the eligibility and company contact sections in order to be included in the process for the list to be published in June 2009.
