Trust Index© Feedback Report

The Feedback Report is designed to show your company’s results on the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© survey compared to the average results of the companies on this year’s “50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America” list. The Trust Index© survey is based on the Great Place to Work® Model© which defines a great workplace as one where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with.
What You Get
- A one-page complimentary report with your employees’ responses to the 57 statements of the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© survey, presented in a simple-to-understand spreadsheet.
- The “25 Best Benchmark” in your respective size category. For example, a small-sized company (50-250 employees) will be compared to the “25 Best” small-sized companies benchmark and a medium-sized company (251-999 employees) will be compared to the “25 Best” medium-sized companies benchmark from the 2008 list.
- Results also presented by job type, gender, age, years of service, ethnic identity, and work status.
