Ed Frauenheim is Director of Research and Content at Great Place to Work®. He authors research reports, conducts data analysis and produces commentaries related to great workplaces in the United States and throughout the world.
Before coming to Great Place to Work in 2014, Ed spent roughly two decades as a journalist and commentator focused on the intersection of work, technology and business strategy.
He has published articles in outlets including Fortune.com, Wired and the Seattle Times, spoken at more than 20 events, and co-written two books: Organized Innovation: A Blueprint for Renewing America’s Prosperity, and Good Company: Business Success in the Worthiness Era.
Ed has a bachelor’s degree in history from Princeton University and a master’s degree in education from the University of California at Berkeley.
In his spare time you can find Ed spending time with his wife and two kids, playing basketball and dancing to Daft Punk.
