Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Wegmans Food Markets
Kevin started with Wegmans in 1983 as a part time employee and became a full-time Management Trainee in 1992. He progressed through various Operational roles including direct involvement in opening more than 20 new stores. As Senior VP of HR, Kevin oversees recruitment and staffing, training and development, compliance, and organizational design functions at Wegmans as well as growth and expansion into new markets. Kevin also leads efforts supporting the Hillside Work Scholarship Program, management intern program, talent and succession planning and most importantly, the morale and family culture across 100 Wegmans locations. Kevin graduated from Monroe Community College with an A.A.S in Business Administration and he obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego. Kevin earned his MBA from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech with a concentration in management and finance. Kevin is actively involved in the Rochester, NY community including: Monroe Community College Board of Trustees since 2013, Monroe Community College Foundation Board of Directors since 2010, Monroe Community College Grants Committee since 2012, Nazareth HR Advisory Council since 2009 and Ibero Advisory Board since 2012.
