With over 18 years of HR experience, Monica has done it all in HR – recruiting, HRBP, mergers and acquisitions, C-suite succession and development planning, coaching, consulting and program management. Monica currently leads a team with a focus on the employee experience. At GoDaddy she designed our unique performance review process hand in hand with our Senior Leadership Team, she helped build and launch our leveling and career structure and architected our beloved GoDaddy Voice focused on listening to employees and acting on their feedback to improve our company and our culture. Prior to GoDaddy, Monica worked at Microsoft for 17 years and also ran her own HR coaching and consulting firm. She’s committed to creating a workplace that focuses on inclusion, innovation and results that make a difference.
