Among high-trust employers:
- Surveyed co-workers who say they have a great workplace are 19 times more likely to say they’ll stay with their organizations for the long term.
- Employees are six times more likely to be brand ambassadors by speaking positively about their organizations outside work.
- Broader research by Great Place to Work found organizations in the top quartile of employee survey results enjoyed three times the revenue growth of those in the bottom quartile.
