I have only been with CAIT for a short time, but I can honestly say that their onboarding and training process is one of the best I've been a part of in my 25+ years of experience. I have taught for a few other institutions and didn't receive the comprehensive onboarding and training that I received with CAIT. The CAIT team puts a priority on onboarding and has put together a very thoughtful training program. I was given all the resources to be successful in teaching my first class at CAIT.
