Summer is the best season for gathering employee experience feedback because your data will be eligible for Certification and some of our key Best Workplace lists. Deadlines are coming up fast to be considered for our Best Workplaces for Parents, Best Workplaces for Diversity, and the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Lists...just to name a few.
Now is the time to pick your survey dates and start communicating the survey to your employees. Survey communication is key to driving participation rates. Let your employees know when to expect the survey, how they can access the survey, and most importantly that you want to hear their honest feedback about their experiences! Start working with your leaders to develop plans for how you will take action based on your employees' feedback.
